Long Take as a Likewise alternative
Likewise is a cross-media recommendation app. Long Take is not one. It picks a single film for tonight and predicts the score you would give it, from your own ratings. Here is the honest comparison, including where Likewise is the better choice.
What Likewise does well
- Covers films, series, books and podcasts
- Built for the living room and TV
- Low barrier to entry
Where Likewise falls short
- Mainstream and casual — accuracy drops for demanding taste
- Recommendations are not explained
